Events are timetabled throughout the year and occur at weekends.
Cultural Programme Aims
For further immersion in the language, culture, and society, a wide range of social and cultural activities are held, activities vary weekly. The programmes are designed to provide participants with ample opportunity to learn and use English and be a part of a comprehensive learning experience. The overall aim of the program is to instill the linguistic, practical, and cultural aspects of the English language give students the opportunity to meet other participants and experience other aspects of the British way of life.

Tintagel Castle
– Mythical home of King ArthurNewquay
– including Fistral Beach (home of surf championships)Polperro and Looe
– Polperro is a protected traditional Cornish fishing village; Looe is a traditional fishing village but with contemporary attractionsTorquay
– Torquay proclaims itself as the English RivieraExeter followed by Dartmoor
– Exeter was originally founded by the Romans and has historical places of interest and a modern shopping centre; Dartmoor is a National Park (we drive through the park with two of three stops at places of interest including the Dartmoor Information centre and museum)National Marine Aquarium
– not just a look at fish but an entertaining day out including a walk under the shark tank
